Totally different culture…..don’t judge by western standards. Not the same . They do the best with what they have . No clean room/ lab standards with every tool and crane that means workers stay clean and actually lift nothing. It’s all relative to what they pay and get paid . It’s a different world .

Man I love these mechanic videos - But my heart just feels for these people. It can’t be healthy. No gloves, covered in oil. I do it myself a lot at work logging, but not quite like this. How do we build a new industrial world that is also green and clean - healthy for us all. I love your videos. My favorite part is when they throw the parts down onto the ground in the dirt. I think my actual favorite part is to see the family, multiple generations working and learning together. Keep making videos.

i have watched 100`s of these diesel engine rebuilds and FINALLY someone paints one after finished. it just kept bugging me that after all the rebuild process, why no one was making the engine "look it" with a paint job. Thank You

Зачем строить цеха... механизмы... разные,.. подъёмники... Гораздо веселее, хоряком,.. с шутками (нешуточные железяки😢): один откручивает, другой снимает, третий поднимает, двое относят,.. один брызгает, другой моет, семеро курят... сколько всего ребят? И поверьте, приятно рядом при таких процедурах находиться, никакой спешки, нервозности... МАЛАДЦЫ❤ Всех Благ😊

Jepp, aber vorher war der Motor tot, danach läuft er wieder. Ok, er hat vielleicht n büsschen weniger Leistung durch schlechtere Kompression, braucht mehr Öl und Diesel, aber er läuft. Btw, das ist ein LowTech Diesel, bei dem keine Reinraumwartung nötig ist.

At 43:44 of the video, you can see that the cylinder head bolts were not replaced with new ones, but old ones were installed.. and most of the operations were skipped or performed poorly, since during a major overhaul of the internal combustion engine, the following should be replaced with new ones: cylinder head bolts, valve stem seals, cylinder head gaskets and cylinder head covers, spark plug ring seals, camshaft oil seals, timing belt or chain and everything connected with it, as prescribed in the instructions for most cars and tractors during such an operation with an internal combustion engine, but apparently the mechanics are either not aware, or decided to save money and they installed old bolts, even a layer of old oil and paint on the bolt head is partially visible.. With such a repair, the engine will not work for long after the overhaul, especially considering that in some cases the sealant was not applied at all and the gaskets were not installed according to size, but so that there was one and they themselves drilled a hole in it for the bolt.. In general, the repair is so-so, this trick is designed make money from those people who are naive, who are looking for ways to do it cheaper and don’t know anything about repairing equipment with internal combustion engines... На 43:44 минуте видеоролика видно,что болты ГБЦ не меняли на новые,а поставили старые.. и большинство операций пропущено или выполнено не качественно,так как при капремонте ДВС должны поменять на новые :болты ГБЦ , маслосъемные колпачки, прокладки ГБЦ и крышки ГБЦ, уплотнения свечных колец, сальники распредвалов, ремень или цепь привода ГРМ и все что с ней связано,как в инструкции прописано в большинстве автомобилей и тракторов при подобной операции с ДВС,но судя по всему механики либо не в курсе,либо решили сэкономить и они поставили старые болты,даже частично видно слой старого масла и покраска на головке болта..При таком ремонте двигатель не долго поработает после капремонта,особенно если учесть,что кое в каких моментах вообще герметик не наносили и прокладки ставили не по размеру,а так,лишь бы была и сами дырявили её под болт.. В общем ремонт,так себе,этот трюк рассчитан рубить бабло с тех людей,которые наивные,которые ищут способы подешевле сделать и не шарят в ремонте техники с ДВС ..

that’s what i was thinking‼️ how they co-ordinate and find all the parts, nuts and bolts again in such ‘organized chaos’ is simply quite astounding…?!? Indian Sub Continent piston tolerances; Q, Can you see light between the piston and the bore? A, Yeah a little bit! OK that's close enough, we'll go with that. Also how many Kgs of dirt and sand will be attracted to the oils and moisture on that crank shaft before it's re-fitted? Use of "Clean room" techniques this isn't.

It’s not child labour. It’s most likely a family run shop. These youngsters are learning the trade from their family members. These boys are not mistreated, they actually enjoy helping and doing their part.
