Yep that was my first big motorcycle and it was a big motorcycle when you was a kid and you were going from a 90cc and it did pull like a freight train and it was awesome to cruise down the highway 6 gears Foward and then when you got in 5th a light came on the dash to let you know cuz it had a rotary shift you had to be careful

Hello guys, a question for the likeable guy with long hair, how tall are you? Just to be able to classify the circumstances. I think you're not too big for the Speedmaster. I myself am 188cm, hence the question. Are you taller? Best regards from Hamburg / Germany

In 1990, my wife, to this day, fell in love with me on this exact bike. I sold it to buy her a ring. I have zero regrets. On our anniversary in 2017, she surprised me with a new Red, White & Blue Africa Twin that I didn't deserve.

I keep my black one like a treasure and pray every march it´s going to reawake as did all the years before. Afraid of the day the carburator needs a general overhaul. It´s still a beast. Got a bike with injection engine as well but it will never be the fun of a naturally aspirated engine on dope. I hate falling into motorbrake on changing gear. May be standard in 2025 but not my way of driving relaxed.

Was fortunate enough to pick one up locally a few months back. Only an hour and half drive away. Completely restored including all new paint and kept original scheme. Lord knows I didn't need another V4 but at the end of the day was too nice a bike and too good of a deal to pass up. I'd never ridden one before and was very impressed at how fun this "mini-ceptor" is. Plenty of horsepower and a BLAST to ride! And I absolutely love the little ducktail in back - supposed to have a HONDA decal on it. Thanks for all you do, Kenny and staff. I'm still enjoying that White '86 RC26 I got from you a year ago, too! Ride safe and Merry Christmas! ~Bazza in Florida
