This did not work for me. It still says "Access failed." Edit update: I had to unplug the TV, then the modem and router for 5 minutes. Plugged in router and modem, then TV, and it fixed it. (This was for a Ethernet connection.) Edit 2 update: The TV knows it is plugged into the Ethernet, but still cannot connect. It has to be a bug in the TV software/firmware.

Sony TVs proved to be the worst ever despite their exaggerated prices.

I have different type of issue with network. The available networks not showing while we ON the wifi option in Sony Bravia KD-55X75K model. Can you give the solution for this issue.

What if the date and time are already set to USE NETWORK TIME? The WiFi works on all the other devices at home, but the TV is the only one not connecting. Do you have any other solutions? I have also tried turning off the date and time and using BROADCAST TIME instead. Please help; we've been struggling with this issue for over a month now.
