it does ,but only the host can do it/see it in real time, the other players need to leave and relog into the save to see the changes

It's impossible to explain in a comment, I made other videos on how to do the round things as well as building other whacky stuff that you're not supposed to be able to do in that game. No mods, just tricking the very glitchy building system.

you can get both the leaving/staying on the island achievements with just a single save and just beat the bosses twice, the one to keep in mind is having virginia like you/stay alive as well as kelvin towards the end of the playthrough

I don't really know why but the "MC Crafty" achievement doesn't work for me. I've crafted them all and didn't get this one. Maybe they changed the required weapons to unlock it?

I remember having trouble with that one as well, I can’t remember what I did to fix the bug back in the day, I think I started a new save and crafted the things there, I hope that helps🙏

It just picks things up, your inventory has to be full of that thing you want to duplicate

@@mbso66 you have to be logged into a saved game and do this every time you want the commands. if it doesn't work the only reason is because you have to set your keyboard settings to us default. that's the only other thing i can think of why it's not working.

[clearpickups 1-1000] dude.. I have been looking for this one for awhile. So many glowing icons all over the grounds of the compound breaks my immersion. It would be cool to just turn off the icons and leave the objects interactive for pickup within range, but making them all just vanish within a radius of the player works too! And you've given me several other fun things to tinker around with. TY

I'm trying this on a multiplayer server that I'm hosting - only two of us play it. With the debug mode on for my buddy and me, any object has a different ID for us (7600 on mine, 1350 for him). We have tried destroying the object together, destroying separate objects, one leaves while the other destroys, etc. but whenever we reload the server or client, the objects still remain. Any idea what might be causing it?

the host should be the only one destroying things, as only they can see it in real time it's a client side command, for the other people it will still appear to be there causing confusion. anyone else will have to save, logout, and rejoin to see what has been destroyed.

Absolutely fantastic! I actually even like the first option that shows the diagonal log, especially if you're using a stone wall. Gives it some extra texture and colour on the outisde!

I miss The Forests old mechanics for making Cliff Bases with the Cliff Anchors (forget the name of the construction piece). CLIFF BASES ROCK - why did they nerf them :(

i was able to spawn the heli but it disappears (the position changes to 0 0 0) after like 10 seconds of being on the ground and also i cant move it when its active

It sounds like you spawned the cutscense instead of .gameobject or didn't instantiate it. if you go back and follow all the steps closely, everything in this video still works.

@@RIPDIESEL i did everything right, watched multiple times, but theres two helicopters though, chopperA and just chopper, seems like chopper is the cutscene and chopperA is the one that stays

@@markerfunny i just tried it, i did what i did in the video, used GetToTheChopperChopper (UnityEngine.GameObject) you have to instantiate first, then put the position coords into the instantiated one (make sure to hit enter) and then hit active self and it will come land where you told it to and sit there both chopper and chopperA work the same if done in that order

Anyone else have the issue where you destroy something in a dedicated server and as soon as you come back into the game everything is back? I also can't place loges anywhere near the log that was destroyed which is really crappy 😅

I’m not sure how this works in dedicated servers after 1.0 release. I.0 messed a lot of mods and other stuff up, I know this still works for hosts in multiplayer, as well as seamless in single player currently.
