What is this first putting in Boiling water---- then immerse in cold water------ why? Seems so strange.!

Using the "thermal shock" method involves boiling water. Adding a pinch of salt (the boiling point of saltwater is higher than that of plain water), quickly blanching the vegetables in it, then transferring them to cold water or immersing them in an ice bath. Once they cool down, remove them to drain excess water. This thermal shock process helps maintain the crispness of the green vegetables. And it prevents them from continuing to cook from the inside out. Thanks for asking a great question. I hope this helps.

- 2 lbs beef marrow bones - 1 lb brisket - 1 pack of pho Hoà seasoning mix - charred shallots, ginger - 1 large onion - Chopped green onions - Seasonings: Salt, sugar, chicken bouillon powder, fish sauce - 1 pack of fresh pho noodles - Slow cooker 1. Soak the beef marrow bones in diluted saltwater for about 3-4 hours to remove blood from the bones. 2. Blanch the bones and brisket briefly. 3. Rinse them thoroughly to clean. 4. Place all the bones and brisket in the slow cooker, fill up with water. 5. Add the charred shallots and ginger. 6. Season the water with one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of sugar. 7. Cover with the lid, set the slow cooker to cook for 7 hours. 8. After 3 hours, open the lid and add the Hoà pho seasoning mix (you can use a different brand if desired). 9. Cook for an additional 4 hours. 10. Remove the meat and slice it into bite-sized pieces. 11. Chop the green onions. 12. Adjust the seasoning of the broth by adding a bit more salt, sugar, and a little chicken bouillon powder to taste. 13. Quickly blanch the fresh pho noodles. 14. Arrange in a bowl: at the bottom are the fresh pho noodles, followed by the meat, and green onions. Pour the broth over. 15. Sprinkle some ground pepper on top. 16. Serve with Thai basil, bean sprouts, a bit of chili sauce, and hoisin sauce on the side. Enjoy your homemade pho!

Grate carrots. Grate taro, microwave grated taro for 2-3 minutes until cooked Grate jicama, microwave grated jicama for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Soak glass noodles until soft, then drain thoroughly. Soak wood ear mushrooms, and drain completely. Finely chop spring onions. Clean and finely chop shrimp. In a large bowl, combine minced meat, shrimp, carrots, jicama, taro, glass noodles, wood ear mushrooms, and spring onions. Season the mixture with bit of sugar, pepper, mushroom seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and a little fish sauce. About a teaspoon of each. Mix well with your hands. Add four more eggs (you can add more if you like). Mix the mixture thoroughly. Divide the mixture evenly and start rolling. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown. Be careful not to use high heat, because it can burn on the outside while still uncooked inside. Tip: - You must ensure that the ingredients are dry before mixing. This makes your egg rolls stay crispy for a long time. - You can fry them to about 70% doneness, let them cool, store them in the freezer, and when you want to eat them, no need to thaw, just put them in an air fryer or refry them, and they will still be fresh and delicious. This way, you can keep the egg rolls for a month.

Real Vietnamese egg roll (Chả giò) is wrapped with the thin transparent / cellophane / rice paper wrapper and *not* the Chinese spring roll / Chinese egg roll wrapper. Vietnamese rice paper (Bánh Tráng) doesn't soak up a ton of oil like the Chinese wrapper does; therefore, it makes real Vietnamese egg roll (Chả giò) taste so much lighter and crispier than the heavily oily Chinese roll. Vietnamese transparent rice paper can be purchased in Vietnamese-American grocery stores in North America. Chinese roll wrapper is way too coarse, is way too thick compared to Vietnamese rice paper (Bánh Tráng), and will soak up a ton of oil. It is suitable for Chinese food which is much heavier and much more oily when compared to Vietnamese food. Chinese wrapper isn't suitable for Viet rolls. Lumpia is the same as Chinese roll wrapper.

Kepada Ho Cutmeo... Siapa kah cakap kulit spring roll chinese tidak boleh balut ingredient bahan Vietnam, dan tidak sesuai, kulit spring roll( Banh Trang) ,nipis, ringan tetapi tidak ada apa - apa rasa pun, saperti plastic bags, jika dia bolwh soak up a ton of oil, saya tidak di percayai.. Spring Roll Chinese, setahun boleh jual berjuta juta.. Dan Banh Trang boleh jual kah? Di negara Taiwan Dan Negara Cina.. Beberapa Master Chef guna kulit Spring Roll Chinese.. Lebih tebal, harum dan wanggi, saperti Top Chef menunjuk.. Lebih crunchy, tambahan masuk ke dalam Oven, tetapi Banh Trang tidak tahan masuk ke Oven, saya sudah makan banyak Spring Roll Vietnam, semasa pekerja saya Vietnam selalu belanja makan dan jual jepada saya.. Di dalam memang sedap, jika berbanding dengan Law Bak Penang Malaysia, ada pertanding lagi, kerana Low Bak Penang di dalam ada sekurang 20 jenis bahan harum dan bumbu.. Included.. Honey, maltose, 5.spicy powder, Rose wine or Shaxin wine, Sos Tiram, Sos Char Sioa.. Memang kulit Spring Roll lebih terbal dan Rasa dia semasa goreng cukup enak dan harum dan sungguh crunchy! Sama juga kulit Spring Roll Vietnam, ada kebaikan juga.. Jangan lah compair sangat, haya kita hendak bahan dan bumbu di dalam, segar, harum dan wanggi, akhirya.. Completed. Ingat ya.. Ho Cutmeo. !

Jika kamu takut Spring Roll Chinese berminyak, last 15 saat buka api yang kuat dan secepat ambil naik, bukan Sring Roll kita tidur dalam minyak, bukan api dalam sederhana.. Faham kah ? Ho Cutmeo..?

Recipi bagus, istimewah dan paling lenkap, recipi ini sangat di hargai, di recipi Spring Roll " Teow Chew " .pun tidak dapat di tanding, perisa dan bahan bumbu penuh dengan rasa harum dan wanggi, menang dari Cina Spring Roll, di Spring Roll ,Teow Chew, merka bubuh 5 keping biscurt Marry,dan Spicy Powder, di sini sata bagi 100 maka kepada Top Chef tersebut.. Heathy Oat Waffle with Yogurt and Berries. Complete protein for breakfast Ingredient: Egg : 1 egg Banana: 1 whole Plain Geek Yogurt : 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese: 1/4 cup Vanilla extract: 1 tbsp Rolled oat : 3/4 cup Blueberry, raspberry: 1/2 cup This recipe is good for 4 waffles. How to do: cut banana into pieces. Add egg, cottage cheese, yogurt, rolled oat, vanilla extract in blende, grinding well. Pour the mixture in a waffle iron. Serve the waffle with berries on top. Sprinkle a bit power sugar over the waffle for presentation and taste. Or honey, depends on taste.

Berries chia pudding Chia seed 4Tbs Soy milk 1/2 cup ( 125ml) Honey 1 tbps Strawberry, blackberry and blueberry 1/2 cup Mixed chia seed and soy milk and honey in an air tight container. Leave overnight in refrigerator ( or at least 3 hours) Add berries and enjoy.

Spinach and Tomato pasta salad Cooking time: 15 minutes Portion: 2-3 person Ingredients: Penne pasta 100g Spinach 25g Cherry tomato. 100g Salt and pepper 1 pinch Olive oil 2 tbsp Feta cheese, crumbled 15g (Mediterranean herbs) In boiling water, add a pinch of sea salt, then add penne pasta, and cook for about 11 minutes. Drain the pasta and set a side. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves. Mix all ingredients into the bowl Enjoy! ❤
