Saint Nicholas was a Greek saint and a Greek native. Nothing to do with Turks. The same Turks commited forced Islamizations and commited genocides against the native Greeks in those lands. People need to read the Bible in the Gospel According to Matthew chapter 1:24,25 . It's an amazing city with culture and attractions: Museums, Trompenberg Gardens, Football, Old Harbor, historical houses, music venues, recreational parks, boating, theatre, great eateries. even the casino. I would love to see a Classical music TV advent calendar where you listen to a different piece of music every day, and you have to guess the title of the piece and the composer. I love Classical music, but sadly I don’t think we have TV calendars in the UK. This would be fantastic for all ages because both children and adults can learn more about Classical music.
