CUBE HOUSE IN ROTTERDAM - Things to do in Rotterdam! (Visiting a cube home from the inside)

Refreshing to hear an honest opinion instead of the fake positivity that seems to be the standard at many travel channels. There is actually, enough things to do in Rotterdam. Plenty of Museums, some nice foodhalls, a good market, some architecture etc plus several easy excursion outside the city including the world heritage site of Kinderdijk. That said, I do agree it's unlikely the city will induce love at first sight.

I know there are things to do, but the bad winter weather did not do anything good for the city. NEXT UP IS THE SANTA CLAUS SCULPTURE.

@@TeaTougaard We call that one a little bit different 😱 (for obvious reasons). Agree on the weather it's been pretty miserable the last few months, I guess that's the way the gods tell you that Turkey content is better🤣

That house gave me a headache ....all those corners +the fact that it was so small gave me claustrofobia. Had such an urge to leave that place. Still can not believe that there are ppl living there. Such a bizare experience.

The stairs in the Netherlands are like that everywhere, except, maybe, a few universities. Get used to it.

Hate is a big word.. ive been there and i like it. Its a hotel so its very fun to stay there for a day or two, might not be practical but its a experience.

I think the cube houses are cool, but it's not for everyone. I respect your opinion. That being said, you are totally wrong about Rotterdam. It's an amazing city with culture and attractions: Museums, Trompenberg Gardens, Football, Old Harbor, historical houses, music venues, recreational parks, boating, theatre, great eateries. even the casino. You misrepresented such a great location to visit and live.

“Because I can’t walk around drunk” shouldn’t be a strike against the house design. Maybe it’s a sign you need to stop drinking or at least to the point of getting drunk?

Yeah… you’d be kind of useless as an architecture professor…! Positivity is a trait also. Negative aspects are a springboard for better comments, or necessitate a little more clarity and thought. I can only imagine this person would say ‘Amazing!’ with the equal amount of ‘rigour’… as in zero. Please try a little more.
