Hey Parker, Im thinking you may have moved from out of state. The weather is aplus for most, and the high-quality homes are loved by many. Summerville is not for everyone, but we gladly serve surrounding countys. I'm from NY and I've never seen one snake around here. Parker, we can always help you move to another part of the country if you're willing.

Unfortunately, overdevelopment is ruining Summerville. They've never met a developer they didn't like. There's absolutely no transportation here other than a car. Schools are really overcrowded. He didn't mention the heat, humidity, hurricanes, and bugs. We have alligators too (and snakes, including venomous ones).

Anyone know ballpark of prices that last bit looked priiiiiiiicey!

This city can be looked over compared to surrounding bigger cities. I would say this is one of the best areas for exploring and the community HIGHLY SUPPORTS THE FIRST RESPONDER COMMUNITY. Right next to I-26, affordable housing, and plenty of small or big businesses around. I personally love goose creek💛🖤💛🖤💛

Hanahan is one of the best areas in SC. The style of homes matches Charleston living but you stay in a happy medium of Summerville and the beaches.
