I agree that Summerville has been overdeveloped. I remember when I was a child Summerville was farmland and undeveloped land but now it just feels like something completely different and traffic sucks.

Hey Parker, Im thinking you may have moved from out of state. The weather is aplus for most, and the high-quality homes are loved by many. Summerville is not for everyone, but we gladly serve surrounding countys. I'm from NY and I've never seen one snake around here. Parker, we can always help you move to another part of the country if you're willing.

Unfortunately, overdevelopment is ruining Summerville. They've never met a developer they didn't like. There's absolutely no transportation here other than a car. Schools are really overcrowded. He didn't mention the heat, humidity, hurricanes, and bugs. We have alligators too (and snakes, including venomous ones).
