they started serving men in season 2 with darker the shadow phoenix, they're only true season as villains was season 1 (and the movies). i really wish they went down a route in which we saw them grow into their powers considering they have the encestral witches behind them, its kinda weird they only reserved that plot point for the movie 😭

Just came across this channel, i love the way you talked about the characters. And your make-up is on point. I can't even apply eye-liner without looking like a raccoon with rabies. Also i love you pointing out how the Witches were all painted as evil by nature, yet there are many occasions when the Witches helped protect the universe too. Like yeah they did dark magic, but we see clearly they do care about the fate of the universe. The show itself literally did not support the 'all Witches are evil' the Winx and Alfea girls keep spouting. So one of my biggest wants for the reboot is them allowing the Cloud Tower girls to grow too, and not treating them like they were inherently evil, becausr they clearly weren't. And agree about the Trix past Season 2. They just became comic relief lackies on the same level as Team Rocket from Pokemon...except the Trix were am actual threat at one point. Even before they got the Dragon Fire in Season 1 they were a massive threat. And i wish they had retained that edge, like i wish they had allowed the Trix to still win once in a while, especially considering outside their Gloomix in Season 2 they never got a lasting upgrade. (I'm not a fan of anything past Season 3, as thats when 4Kids lost the rights and i never adjusted to the new voice cast. It never felt like the same level of effort was put into the voice acting, like the cast wasn't given more than one take to say their lines.) 23:26 this is also why i didn't like the movies. They kept having Musa say 'my love,' to Riven, every time they spoke. Like, i don't know how their dynamic works in all the different dubs, but i'm pretty sure even when Musa and Riven are at their healthiest...and the bar is already so low for that, i think the healthiest they ever got was the episode about Musa's mother when Riven is getting the crowd to sing with Musa to help her...she never once called him 'my love.' That's something Stella and Brandon would do, not Musa and Riven.

Introducing my dad to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and am almost done with season 1. I think SkyeWard falls into this category, ESPECIALLY after watching 1x20. Makes me even gladder that it did not happen, that Ward was not redeemed. There is no love lost. After Ward’s reveal I was *revolted* by his behavior toward Daisy. So for people to still wish for this ship to become canon… in your dreams. Or in alternate universes. But never, *_EVER_* in canon.

Sims 4 is best played after 4 years of not playing it. Then you play it for 3 months stright then suddenly stop. Every step this game make, when i wanna play it, is like a dice roll to see if that shit will start. I'll spend 3 hours fixing this obsucre fucking problem to not play the game at all.

I don't like EA for a variety of reasons, the most prominent being the ridiculous prices for certain packs that have next to nothing interesting about them. The breaking point for me was the Island Living expansion. I already paid approximately $85 (because of taxes) for Vampires and pets. Then I had to pay about $40 for mermaids with barely any gameplay attached??? Like, cmon. No skill tree, no skills, barely any *good* powers... what a waste, and my inner mermaid-loving child was devastated. To comment on the gallery section of the video: I've known that the Sims 4 gallery doesn't like certain names no matter how innocuous I think they sound, but I had no idea about any of the awful racism that was happening because my gallery has not loaded a single time in 3 entire years. 3 YEARS. Literally last night was the first time I was able to connect to the gallery in 3 whole years and I don't even know what fixed it! But, no, the really biased and negligent gallery filtering and censoring is absolutely wild and I cannot *believe* that such awful shit is allowed on there.

Trix being petty is so true and I found it funny.😂 19:27 Sirenix season I loved it because of the transformation of song and then because it was mermaids (took place underwater) but I always wondered why Aisha wasn't powerful in her element but Bloom was stealing the show. In that season Tritanis and Icy were cringe. Icy put a man above her sisters and would sideline them and talk to them bad when they didn't do what Tritanis said. 24:52 “I mean I guess Icy was representing for all of the girls who were into monster romance and all that.” 😅 Low-key had a crush on Tritanis as a kid. 😅

Also the anti-blackness I noticed very early on. I remember watching simmers and hearing them on youtube calling black sims “pudding face” because of the skin color. I also see that EA does not care to make content for people of color and when they do it has a whitewashed undertone. There are barely any clothes, or jewelry for black sims and don’t get me STARTED on the ridiculous hair. The CC creator Ebonix as well as baddiesims have done 100 times more for black simmers than EA. All of the themed worlds are of the perspective of like some white tourist and it rarely feels authentic.

“i had to turn into luffy” is straight FACTS. EA is such a predatory and lackluster evil company with all their games. I will forever support pirating over spending $700+ on a broken game that requires GIGABYTES of custom content and mods to feel somewhat playable. I remember the Sims 3 and having a couple mods running for fun and still feeling like the world was so meaningful and fun. In Sims 3 I spent 10% of my time in CAS and 90% of my time playing the game. With the Sims 4, I spend 99% of my time in CAS and 1% of my time playing the actual game because it’s so empty! Even with hundreds of mods I always feel like I need more because of simple things that other sims games included.

I want to explain the "Alfea College" thing You said theyre not college age but go To Alfea College The reason for that is College doesnt mean University in European countries (Since yknow Winx is Italian) So when they Say Alfea College theyre not talking about an University Idk what European countries use the word College for but in my country, Turkey College (Turkish: Kolej) is a term for Private Schools

I'm Chinese American and love Chinese historical dramas. I don't plan to finish watching this video because my attention span is short. Lol. But something I wanted to bring up (in case it isn't mentioned in the video) is that these women (including Japanese geishas) have such intricate hair designs that you don't just do it once and take it out right away. You sleep on hard "pillows" that cradle the neck and lift the head above the bed to protect the hair style from getting messed up. And I don't know how they kept their hair clean during this no wash period but I'm sure they applied some type of hair powder or whatever. To me this is reminiscent of Black American women getting braids in and not taking them out for a long time. I think society likes to pit people together when really we have a lot more in common. Granted, today most Asian women don't wear such intricate styles but it's good to recognize that once upon a time we did have this similarity. And once you find that one cultural similarity, you begin to see other similarities too.

I don't think we should hear non verbal characters think. We should however continue to let Kimiko express herself in non verbal ways (and continue her arc [non spoilery but if you watch everything you know]). A defining feature of the boys' cinema style is they don't really do flashbacks or anything else similar. One of my favorite aspects of Gen V was them delving into a weird mind trip together.
