Ran some calcs about that Wigglypuff. Kitchen had exactly 306 HP and 140 SpD. However we don't know exactly the stats of Wigglytuff, other than him having 113 Base Stats SpA. Even 31 IVs 252 SpA only had a 75% to kill on a crit.
