I uninstalled Skyrim to make room and join some friends in another game. I am returning to Wildlander's Skyrim. I've missed it the whole way. And yes... I think I made it to level 15 or so and was still worried about wolves let alone a Dragon Priest. From just surviving to scraping enough money to commission an armor build, Wildlander packs it all in for the survivalist. Truly props to Dylan and crew's vision.

Is this playable without investing a ton of hours doing research online to figure out how requiem works? I love survivalist mods that require you to manage body head, hunger sleep etc and I did enjoy wildcat which made combat more fast-paced rather than a button-spamming exercise. Having said that, with two broken legs as we speak, I am looking for a bit of escapism that won't leave me totally frustrated due to dying every 2 minutes. A bit of balance would be nice. Having said that, I have loved Morrowind deeply, which, as I recall, had fixed-levelled enemies. It gave you a sense of true progression starting out having to run away from nix-hounds and eventually being able to take on high-level bosses.

In Morrowind I always played Breton with a specialization in combat but with skills in long sword, block, light armor and the remaining in magic schools. With requiem though it looks like like stamina is harder to manage so I am thinking about using Imperial and doing the inverse because of the excellent stamina regen.

I like the centurion but switch out smithing and speech for restoration and conjuration for me and rename to battle mage or warrior mage or magic warrior. This is perfect because I have never really been into two handed

I did a fresh install of this modpack but everytime I ask a npc to follow me they dont follow me after they agree. Any idea why ?

I don't know about the texture choices. Looks pretty outdated. I would let skyland aio overwrite everything.

Is it possible to swap a races bonusses and looks. I want to play an argonian with high elf attributes. Is the console needed for this or does the modpack allow for such choices?

This is bad. Forgets the point of being a video game, it's not fun. Stamina does not regenerate in combat at all. Stamina does not regenerate while walking. Resting, eating, sleeping, and levelling up all do not restore health. I regret wasting the time to download this.

Question: How does Wildlander play with other mods? Or are they simply not recommended?

Does anyone know if I have to join the thieves guild in order to finish the main quest? I used to use a mod to skip it because i've never really been fond of those scumbags.

I'm just finding you and your wildlanders content, and I like it!

It bothers me how weak Bretons feel compared to everyone else. High elves make far better magic users (high elves can do everything a breton can do and better) and Imperials make far better hybrids (imperials have better overall stats, power attack reduction instead of increase, augmented destruction, and their selling ability far surpasses the speech Stat boost of the bretons). There's nothing that bretons really feel good for other than conjuring from a distance and never dying with long range magic defense which would be directed at the conjuration anyways. It'd be much better if they either had a little bit better all around stats than the high elves, if they didn't have the power attack penalty, or if they had a bit more carry weight to emphasize their staying back and letting others handle things. Their only cool thing is they have ok defensive abilities.

I do love your videos mate. Wildlander has gotten me back into Skyrim and loving it especially with the early-mid game so far. It makes a difference when exploring a modpack that was built and crafted perfectly rather than modding your game to your own specifics and jank. keep it up!
