I picked one up this week and after reading the owner's manual I decided to return it. The problem is it is only rated down to -17°C which doesn't work in my area. I get a lot of snow removal in the -20 to -25°C range and I've burn out battery leaf blowers in that zone.

Just bought one. Thank you

It sounds like you are trying to force your cutting instead of letting the chain do the work. That's probably why the machine is bogging down and going through battery power.

Nice review, easy on the ear listening to you. In your video you have mentioned owning also an Audi. My current car is a 2010 a4 allroad. Did you owned a Quattro before? And if so how does it compared to the Disco? Reason I ask is I might need a 7 seater in the future, so the disco has come on my radar.

I’m a massive Land Rover fan I’ve owned 6 different ones the last one been a Range Rover sport that. Covered 120,000 miles it had oil changes every 9,000 miles and it’s service whenever it needed it and it never put a wheel wrong .and I’m about to get a new company car and because of my job in the uk in wind power surveying I’m without a doubt going to get a Land Rover product.

I just purchased a used 2019 68k Cherokee Limited 2.0 turbo and so far its ok. The ride is bumpy in that at 65mph I feel and hear every seam in the highway. Maybe lowering the tire pressure a few pounds will help. I'm at 36 psi currently. Overall the vehicle is nice but not outstanding. I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee that's pushing 200,000k and it's a bear in the snow. Hopefully the 2019 will be as good.

I definitely didn't look at the torque rating when I installed mine. I definitely did more than 30. I bowed the brackets 😂

The belt would help support the weight. Undercutting the thicker branches would give you a cleaner cut with less ripping.

i use the manual mode in cruise because about 60 mph is at the top of one gear and bottom of another. i’ll set the cruise for 60 and put it in manual. keep the RPM’s lower for running on flats and i’ll drop it a gear to give it power to climb slopes

I own one and it’s my worst mistake. A broken engine at 50k miles, constantly failing electric windows and now a failed suspension

Can you show the actual chain tensioning? I own one, but tensioning with only a plastic screw doesn't seem to make the chain snug enough to the bar.

Super helpful, thanks for sharing! I've been on the fence about which pack to get since I'm a beginner hiker. Kept leaning towards the Mountaintop ones, but didn't know for sure or which size to get. Gonna start off with the daypack!👍

I don't know if you did it or not, maybe I missed it. The bolt that goes through the handle has a flat spot on it so you can recess it in deeper to expose more thread for screwing in the nut.

Thanks for the very helpful review. You've nudged me that much closer to buying one as an upsize vehicle for a young family. PS: I had an Evoque before, with the 177kW 2.0L turbo Ford engine. Thirsty, but hands down the best vehicle I've owned to date. (Just too small for two toddlers though.) Thanks again, and happy adventuring.

So true about the daily driver aspect. Unless you live in a state with loose green laws eg:no gas taxes it probably wouldn’t make sense to use the tj for driving around
@paul81587 ай бұрын
If you are travelling long distances with full throttle, it is smart to use a 10$ cruise-control-clamp, in order not to hold the lever all time. It keeps the throttle full open permanently but is very easy to let go after getting used to quickly. You slip nasty numbness due to vibrations.
