What happened to the sound at the end?

Those guys just can't be topped as a duo, Dons exquisite lead and Phils perfect harmony, but such a painful song which they could´ve easily written themselves. Like North and South Pole they were, total opposites of each other, yet united in harmony. One'll never find that again. Rest in peace Everly Brothers, thee who gave everything to modern pop music.

Even Don said that he can hear his own voice until Phil comes in to harmonize. Then Don's voice changes and he can no longer tell who's voice is singing what. That is so amazing! Hallelujah!

Habe sie leider erst entdeckt, als sie schon verstorben waren aber bin nun ein um so glühender Fan dieser beiden aussergewöhnlich schönen Jungen, die sie waren mit eben solchen Stimmen, auch jeder für sich.❤ Ist nur schwierig jetzt noch an viele CD's von ihnen heran zu kommen.😮 Ihre schönen Fotos habe ich von JT abfotografiert und habe sie auf meinem Handy. Sie waren so süss einfach un- glaublich wie schön sie waren.😮

I saw this concert in Denver. My business partner’s wife said she would rather carve pumpkins for Halloween than go to the concert and he generously gave us the tickets. It was like finding gold lying in your living room. I dreamed of seeing these 2 brilliant acts for many decades and my lofty expectations were realized in a wink of the eye with the very first song. Amazing. Sometimes you get lucky in life.

I’m so thankful that Phil is happy with the man that God made him to be! He is very special, and has a very tender and gentle heart that comes across in everything he says! You really feel like you know him after you hear him talk for just a little while! No hidden motives, and no coverups! He and Don are such a gift to all of us I am 78 years old, and have had the joy of hearing those special voices now, for seven decades! What a treasure!❤
