A nice interview with the oldest brother while the younger is recuperating from knee surgery at home. And whether this interview is as revealing as the host at the beginning of this clip suggests well that's up to the viewer him/her self I suppose...................................

Saw the brothers in early 90's and man they still sounded so great. They just had THAT "sound". It was wonderful that after the concert we watched all the white and gray hair fans running up to the stage to get autographs from them like you might see younger kids do the same for young artists.. Will always remember them and love their songs.

I have Googled but cannot find that lawsuit or the final ruling. Did Margaret win Don's 40%? Well, I guess she did in the end because Don predeceased her. Or maybe Don bequeathed his 40% of the house to his wife and children. Don also sued Phil for full copyright ownership of "Cathy's Clown" and 15 other co-authored original songs. Phil signed away his rights 'to keep peace in the family.' But it begins to appear that the only way to keep the peace with Don was to give up, give in, and let him have his way.
