I had never flown on a Thai airline, but I think Thai airlines are the only ones to show hospitality like this. I had flown to bangkok before, but it was with Cathay Pacific, which isnt a hospitable airline.

It's good how the lady conducting the announcements is able to tell you what Gate number you will be arriving at before you land. I have always rated KLM for customer service.

It seems a strange statement to make but, as the plane is coming into land at Stuttgart it actually makes it easier to see and is much more restful on the eyes when the cabin lights are extinguished (switched off). Anyone who has tried to drive a vehicle at night will undoubtedly know what i mean.

Hi ! Might if I ask how much wind factor u added on ur Vapp spd ? I’m curious the power lever reduction to flight idle at 40ft won’t produce amount of drag too early?

I didn’t add any wind factors, only the 1/3 the SPS gave me. The 40ft idle was intentional, so that I could touch at the 1000 mark, and flaring low to get a smooth landing. Hope it helps.
