Fyi, you could fly directly from Chiang Mai to Phuket with Thai Smile, a subsidiary of Thai Airways. (similar to QantasLink)

This flight was back in 2017, I just did not cut & upload it yet as I had many other Thai Airways Tripreports online. ;-) I am sure they have updated it on all airplanes if they have a new one.
