pas fiable beaucoup trop de problème j ai acheter sur amazone et vue que j avais dépasser de 4 jour la garantie de amazone j ai communiqué avec primo car sur le papier de la garantie primo il est écrit 1 ans de garantie et primo mon dit que vue que ses vendu chez amazone il honore pas la garantie.et en plus la garantie de amazone commence en réalité que lorsque vous commandez la primo et non l lorsque vous la recevez donc si ca prend 4 jour ou plus pour être livrez vous perdez se temp la sur vos 30 jour de garantie chez amazone j ai due faire plusieurs appel chez primo et Amazon pour réglé le problème. un vrai casse tête. finalement il mon remboursée mon achat .le bouton 8 once est resté bloqué et 1 fois sur 5 la machine coule a coté du k kup et l eau chaude coule de partout mais pas dans la tasse .vraiment trop de problème avec cette choses je ne recommande certainement pas..... not reliable too many problems I bought on Amazon and since I had exceeded the Amazon warranty by 4 days I contacted Primo because on the Primo warranty paper it says 1 year warranty and Primo told me that since it is sold at Amazon it does not honor the warranty. and in addition the Amazon warranty actually starts when you order the Primo and not when you receive it so if it takes 4 days or more to be delivered you lose that time on your 30 day warranty at Amazon I had to make several calls to Primo and Amazon to resolve the problem. a real headache. finally they refunded my purchase. the 8 ounce button remained stuck and 1 time out of 5 the machine leaks next to the k kup and the hot water flows everywhere but not in the cup. really too many problems with this thing I certainly do not recommend
