Thank you for another way of using mind mapping and providing the free printable. Mind mapping is so interesting and useful, not to mention fun. I have used it with spreads and with deliberate card pulls but never for a single card. It would be great to make your own resource for all the cards in a deck, be it tarot or oracle I really like your idea for that. A deck that comes to my mind for this is the Wild Unknown Archetype deck.

I enjoy these videos and have used mindmaps for a long time. But never considered them for Tarot. What an interesting way to read the cards.

I came in here to say THANK YOU for providing this resource for free. I printed it out in an A6 format to accompany my Hobonichi notebook that I'm using this year to study. It can feel so overwhelming to get started on understanding a deck, and the amt of overwhelm that just washed away while using your lil mind map template is divine.

Love this! I might add if I feel it's related to a certain chakra. Also, one of the things I do with my cards is create an affirmation from them. Either what is the card telling me, or what would the affirmation be for the one in the card?
@TarotMagpieКүн бұрын
Oh love the idea of adding an affirmation in there. Some of my favourite decks recently have affirmations in the guidebook for each card! Thanks for watching 🥰

Brilliant! I love when you do these kinds of videos. I really enjoyed watching you “show your work” thru this process with a specific card(s). I think Lilifer was such a great tarot to choose. I’m a seasoned tarot reader, but am just learning the astrology side rn. I loved seeing how you included that part with your map. Also, anything that lets me use diff colors of pen in my book is magic😹! Thank you for making such interesting exploration videos ❤

I love the way you did this. I like the idea of mind mapping, but I sometimes struggle to get going. I love the categories/ideas you came up with. I also love the idea of using different inks for your thoughts and the guidebook so you can see it a glance.

I adore the concept of this video! I’ve always wanted to do something like what you shared and compare a reading across decks. Inspiration!!! As for the comparison, I’m with you on the analysis. The Goddess of Love’s 4 of Cups feels very divergent and specific to the theme of that deck. The same could be said for the 6 of Pentacles in the 5th Spirit Tarot. As for the RWS clone, I tend to see them as too specific within the Gold Dawn System. I prefer decks that are Thoth-inspired or a touch more expensive. Thanks for this delightful video!

Very true because different cards present with different voices if that makes sense it's like asking the same question to a group of friends you'll get different answers which is why sometimes when I read for myself I'll use 2 or more decks for the same question I have and I'll get a better well rounded answer ❤❤❤

It’s so funny that I came across your video and what you did here… a few days ago I pulled the two of swords from the tarot of the divine, and there you have this beautiful young woman with the two swords crossed like most decks in fact, her eyes closed but there was a fire brewing around her….. what stood out for me on that moment. But my point is…. I also have been thinking that, if I had chosen another deck, I would not have had the exact same conclusion as with this one. It was like…it had to be that way on that very moment. It was really a wauw moment for me 😅 so yeah I absolutely loved your video, it was an amazing idea ! 🙏❤️

Loved this! This is the main reason why I enjoy having a large collection of decks to choose from. I particularly liked your interpretation of the four of cups from the Goddess of Love Tarot, when comparing to the other two decks four of cups. Thanks for sharing 😄

Yes, me too! It's hard not to keep a large collection when each deck has something unique to say.

Mary K Greers book looks really interesting to me as well. I have her book “Tarot for your self” and I found it very informative and explained in depth. The Tarot Spreads books, both the new one and the one by Barbara Moore seem very good to me as well. For the one keyword decks I must say, personally I love them 😊 I can appreciate longer messages too but if I have to choose I prefer those with just one word. But there should be a lot on the card, I love beautiful artwork. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻❤️

Oh exciting! Off the top of my head, look up Black Moon Botanica, Wheel of Fate, and the Wyrd Shop - they’re all great. There’s also a witchcraft museum I haven’t been to yet, but might be worth checking out! Enjoy your trip ☺️

Just as a bit of feedback, if you could find a way to better stabilize your camera that would be amazing. The video actually made me quite queasy with all the wobble and camera shaking. I ended up just listening.

So interesting how I see the six of pentacles differently. I see the hands receiving the coins coming out of their work and what is happening out of justice. Just more like they are getting rewarded. Idk 🤷🏼♀️ that’s how I feel about the last reading. Thanks 😊

Yessss, I love this sort of conversation. I did this a lot over last summer with Outgrow Yourself, Lilifer and the Spacious tarot and had so much fun, I’ll have to bring it back into my routine. It’s so interesting to see what jumps out at different readers, you made connections and observations I didn’t clock, and I really liked what you said about the various moon phases and the amount of light in each moon card!

This is so interesting, I have not used my decks in this way. What I have done when I find a reading muddled or I'm having difficulty finding the meanings of a spread/cards, I have pulled the same cards from another deck to see if that helps me find what I am missing. Sometimes I have pulled from more then one deck for comparison. I love these '"nerding out" with tarot videos.

Im Thinking ill do a vr and share 3 other decks but same cards … to see how much more different the meanings of the card can go 😊

Love this! So interesting to see your takes on these diff decks. Fifth spirit is one of my main workhorse decks. I don’t have the others but goddess of love is def on my wishlist for a while now. I love how visually diff they all are. I think it’s interesting too cuz the fifth spirit is pipish next to a classic rws vibe and the goddess feels in between. I always really enjoy your experiment/play videos. Fresh and fun! Thanks so much for posting ❤

Dang this is fun! Maybe if I give it a go I’ll do a vr? Fun to play this out as an exercise and see how the nuances come through differently. All three beautiful readings, just different flavors of a similar message. Super neat!
