I don't agree with this approach nor the products. I would recommend looking into Dorte Bredgaard's work as an ex dentist who has exited the $$$ system and offers more holistic perspectives for real dental care.

I have watched this video several times? I have a few questions, you mentioned the toothbrush should not be soft. The toothbrush in Dr. Ellie’s Amazon store is soft. I have a lingual permanent retainer, not sure if I can skip the floss and waterpik. Where did you get your bottles and cups on your bathroom vanity? Such an interesting video!

so happy you mentioned xylitol ! You may also want to inform people to get it made from birch bark, I have heard that some is made from gmo corn 😝 It is also good to know, it helps build bone density , so putting some in coffee or tea is yummy and healthy ! it also helps with immunity for a variety of bacterial infections. I make a powder of xylitol, baking soda and sage and use it once a day then I rub some coconut oil on my teeth and gums. My teeth/gums are strong healthy and feel clean !

I started Dr Ellie's program a couple months ago and I feel the same way. My teeth have never felt cleaner. I used to get plaque build-up on the inside of my bottom molars even with brushing and flossing well but it doesn't happen now.

I've learned sooo much from watching lots of Dr Elli's videos!! I have all of the products now - and have just started her system too! I started off with using the xylitol (minimum 6 gms a day) - that alone was helpful!! p.s. I bought some glass dispenser bottles from Amazon (with the little shot glasses included) for the 2 rinses - and that is really useful for the routine).

Doc, You don't want to kill the natural flora of the mouth w act or listerine. Can cause heart attacks. I use desert essence tea tree oil mouthwash, their tea trea oil toothpaste and their whitening toothpaste w/ their coconut/ sunflower oil pulling solution. Go in for a cavitron deep sonic type lossening of plaque and calcium every couple years. No cavities. It's very key to massage around each tooth the gum area. Each tooth contains a pump that is connected to a different organ system. It's important to get the pumps going. Dr Jerry tenant talks about the body healing is voltage. We want our cells to run at 25 millivolts. ❤ Baking soda is good too.

I've been following Dr. Ellie’s protocol ever since your interview with her, and I’ve noticed my teeth feel much cleaner. However, I’m experiencing two issues. First, my teeth stain quite easily, even though I don’t brush lightly. Second, I can’t tolerate xylitol very well-I can only use a small amount and have to spit it out. I’ve also tried brushing with granulated xylitol to remove the stains, but it still seems to affect me, and I don’t feel well afterward. Do you have any tips or alternatives? Thank you

Really interested in this, this is the first I've heard of Dr Ellie and this dental regime. I have receding gums and want to whiten but not go the traditional route. I have concerns about the chemicals in the products like food dyes, caramel, etc. I avoid those at all costs, so I'm hesitant to add these back in for my teeth/gums. Very curious about the thoughts around this. Most importantly, I avoid ALL sugar substitutes except monk fruit and stevia, due to the effect they have on my body. Sugar alcohols and other artificial sweeteners really disrupt my hormones and blood sugar levels. I get severe migraines when messing around with tricky sugars. It is incredibly hard to find dental products that meet my needs, so I'm curious what other options are available for someone like me, if any. For reference I use Dr Plotka fluoride free whitening toothpaste, Uncle Harry's miracle mouthwash, and Dr Tungs smart floss.

I watched the episode with dr Ellie and wanted to use her system too. But in Europe you don‘t get the products she recomments. So I bought products from UK, which was very expensive. Watching the episode was very inspiring, but it does not work in Europe. Nevertheless I use 2 toothbrushes, an morning and an evening one and I don‘t store them in the bathroom. I too use xylotol and do not eat and drink between meals. So I got inspired and frustrated, because I couldn‘t follow the system. I try to relax and be in harmony with my body.
