I'm confused with the instructions. For the right earbud, you say to rotate anti-clockwise but in the demonstration they are being rotated clockwise? Was this just a simple mistake or am I missing something?

When we answer the phone while it is playing a radio station to a blue tooth speaker, the phone call is transmitted over the blue tooth speaker and also echos. thank you in advance for your time.

You can answer the call, then on the calling screen, you will see the option showing bluetooth icon, just tap on it and choose "Phone" then your call will be transferred back to the phone not bluetooth speaker anymore. Hope this helps 🤠

you can connect your wireless mic to your phone first, then connect your phone to your portable speaker via wireless connection. Make sure that your phone does support wireless connection for more than 1 device at the same time. I would like to know what is your purpose of connecting mic and phone to the speaker then?

It's ok but not for so long unless you protect it since Dirt can build up or you might lose the earbud

No. The earbud will be fully charged while it's in the case and once it's fully charged it will stop charging then. You can charge the case separately without putting the earbuds in. And whenever the case gets fully charged then withdraw the charger then put earbuds in to charge the earbuds. That's what I do also

Nope. nothing. Still shows green microphone, then nothing. mic works fine for all calls and to setup voice match. I've spent 2 days on this. Phone is going back to the manufacturer.
