oats are really good too. they are very very satiating. i make oat pancakes and eat most of my calories during breakfast. keeps me full throughout the day. I'm so happy that I found something I can eat long term that will make me slimmer in the long run. also, red potatoes. i make fries out of them and you only need like 5 small potatoes to make a huge bowl of fries.

That works. I train a bit different on those 2 arm exercises. Like I'm a bit inside on tricep n on arms i bring the bar to just above my eyes but whatever works for the individual.

I know Robbie has great genetics, but to say you didn't take juice? I think that's a lie. I don't know why bodybuilders like Robbie, Mike O'Hearn, Kai Green, or Ronnie. Pretend they never took juice or GH, or only took some but became pro clean. When it's obvious a lie.

A complete joke to refuse having used steroids - makes him sound stupid. Why all the denial - he was fantastic under all circumstances. He was just as natural as his 'natural' training partner Mike.

I'm sure Rich made a conscious decision to take PEDs and he was clearly aware that his life would suffer as a result. But that's the kind of life he wanted. You just have to be realistic and say that Rich wouldn't have made such a big fuss if he hadn't taken PEDs. His incredible and unique appearance combined with his awesome character allowed him to build a reach. That reach allowed him to start his own business. He was able to use the money to live a life he loves. And you have to say the wife loved this Rich and who knows who would have stayed the same Rich if he hadn't taken PEDs. She's right, of course health is the most important thing, without it life is worth nothing. Unfortunately, for people for whom life is worth nothing, health is worth nothing. Rich is definitely a legend and that's probably what he wanted to achieve. I'm not saying he wouldn't have achieved anything without PEDs, but I wonder if people would have seen his special personality without the PEDs.

I discovered rich quite late on, unfortunately after he had already passed. Channel is clearly a very lovely woman and has done rich justice to the best of her ability with how she described rich, clearing things up and giving us fans some small closure even though we aren’t entitled to it. I’m glad Rich found a good woman to keep him company and provide happiness for the short time he had left

This has been proven time and time again to be an inferior, inefficient, and riskier version of the exercise. You don't use lower angles because you're "stronger". You use lower angles because it lowers the shoulder angle, making it a more natural movement and lowering your risk of shoulder injury. 33° and 45°.

@@buggater Not really. His comment is 100% accurate. No one in the world, no matter how weirdly built they are, will work their chest more than their shoulders with an overhead press and no one in the world will work their shoulders more than their chest on a flat bench. That's just physics.
