Ask someone if you can work in with them. It’s also an opportunity to help the woman who wants to lose 30lbs. “Do you mind if I work in with you?” Now you can have a friendly conversation with her. Ask what her name is. Be positive and encouraging. You get to use the machine you want and help make the woman’s day. Have small talk and give her pointers. She’ll love it. Make a friend. You have to give it away in order to keep it!

Lee is exactly like this in person. I met him around 2006 or something at a supplement shop in Brisbane and he is as he is here (except he was huge lol). I will say he is the freakiest looking bodybuilder I've met - its like his muscle has extra muscle. It was unreal. His forearms honestly looked like they had a human head inside them. Sick physique and a cool dude

I agree with the first part of the video that no ones training is more important than anyone elses. I for sure applaud the lady that is in there trying to change her body type. But if youre some fuckwad checking their IG while im waiting for the machine or having a text battle with your baby mama I am for certain politely asking how many sets you got left and when they ignore me or reply with some dumb fuck answer thats when they start getting pressed. No one is more important than anyone else goes both ways. Now pretty please finish up your selfie and lift the fucking weights so I can take my turn.

I never bother people at the gym..in the past year i can only think of one time asking ppl how many sets they have left..and thats because it was a young couple just talking and socializing. I did what i could, did a few exercises and then asked how many sets they had left. I think they got the hint and finished their current set and found machine.. lee is really humble in this video but sometimes you gotta not be humble. If i didn't ask i would of never got to use the leg extension machine..i truly never want to be known as humble or nice...😂

If you want to piss off or aggravate someone who is angry or yelling at you, smiling at them without saying a word is the way to go. i had some angry d*** at work totally flip at me to the point they had to physically take him out of the office while he was screaming "He was smiling at me. You saw him do it."😂 So smiling definitely has its place. Works great in sports.

Reasons Lee is the man. Iv always had this same mindset with famous or well off people. Iv met many and I never freaked out iv always just treated them like another human. I never understood people that would cry when someone famous came up to them like I would be weirded out if I was In the famous persons position like what are you crying about? Lol the sad thing is there are a lot of people that are just full of themselves famous or not. It’s very prevalent in the fitness industry unfortunately and a lot of it had to do with social media. Narcissistic people have exploded in the last 15-20 years because of it and it’s sad.
