@CaptainCapital8 There was a lot of turbulence during the descent due to rainstorms in the mountains. It was extremely bumpy. Some people started freaking out, so it was an applause of gratitude to pilots for getting us on the ground safely.

Oh man, I really thought that might be us, but 2 things, we departed out of Runway 34 not 16, and our first turn was a lefthanded turn, not right. But that is a beautiful video that you took!

McGhee Tyson International Airport? Dont know of many international flights from Knoxville. Usually a traveler has to fly from Knoxville to Atlanta, Charlotte,Nashville,Washington DC or Chicago to make an international flights. Or any other larger municipality that Knoxville serves?

It happens a lot on non-american carriers, whenever the plane has rougher landing, the passengers clap 👏 to express their thanks to the flight crew for making it to their destination safely.

@user-nk7ne4fr4e They were two-toned, navy blue leather was most of the seat 💺, but the middle part where your back and rear end make contact were in a tan colored leather. It was a nice pattern, and the seats were comfortable.

To inform you taxiways B1 and A1 are closed for reasons I dont know. So the aircraft has to taxi to A2 then go to C or taxi on the runway then backtrack as shown in the video.

I've never had a nighttime arrival into Piarco, all my flights from Toronto arrived early morning, we leave Pearson at night. The last time I travelled, I was surprised that people still applauded when the aircraft lands. It was a good flight though and I know that Caribbean Airlines pilots don't mess around when it comes to flying. They are among the best in the world.

The mad dogs were great airplanes. Rode many of them in and out of that very airport when I lived there. Those were the days.

I know I miss them so much. The md80 flew so graciously and was one of the prettier airplanes in the sky, unlike the a320 🤢🤮
