Strange taxi pattern and takeoff on-board Caribbean Airlines Boeing 737-MAX 8

Morning departure out of Trinidad from Piarco International Airport. I was stuck in a middle seat, but thankfully, the nice gentleman at the window seat allowed me to reach over him and record the departure. Due to this, it was extremely difficult for me to hold the camera steadily, so I sincerely apologize for the shaking.
The taxi was so strange, I didn't see any construction on any of the taxi-ways to indicate the need for this, but we began taxiing to Runway 28, maybe there was a wind change and the pilot proceeded to backtrack on the runway and do a complete U-turn on Runway 10, before finally taking off.

To inform you taxiways B1 and A1 are closed for reasons I dont know. So the aircraft has to taxi to A2 then go to C or taxi on the runway then backtrack as shown in the video.
