Basis one planet placement one cannot judge. UL in 10H indicates that this UL will get activated in work situations. A malefic always harms the house, Arudha etc. But Rahu is also 5th lord in 10th house giving a rajayoga. Rahu is also colord of 12H, so this UL has very good chance of giving a relationship. Rahu in Moon's sign, this partner can play mind games but need not necessarily be bad. Without seeing other planets and chart as a whole, D9 etc I won't comment any more.

Jyotish shows the karmic predisposition. Spiritual practices, remedies do help one in dealing with the karma.

Very tough question to answer without seeing the horoscope. But I think the other planets related to the first UL can also give subsequent relationships

Upapada fasting will always give good results, except if that sign is related to 2nd house of rashi chart, then one shouldnt fast on that weekday, rather one should fast on the tithi based on house placement of UL lord. E.g. if say UL in Aries, which is 2H, then one shouldnt fast on Tuesdays and say if lord Mars is in 6th house then fast on shukla shasti. Again, one more exception is don't fast on tithi of spouse. That will break the relationship.

But basis that we cannot conclude whether Venus is indicating the first child or second child. For that we have to see the Saptamsha. Sir, I was listening to Sh. PVR Narasimha Rao where in one video he said TP chart is casted when same tithi with same angular distance between sun and moon in same lunar month so I got doubt about adhik masa etc. So while going deeper I noticed the following. Basically jotishya says that two different birth details will have and should have two different charts (natal , tazaka and so called tithi pravesha) . Now if two different birth details gives different Natal and tazak charts which is correct but gives same (100 %) tithi pravesha chart . Is it not the violation of basic concept ? Sir, for your ready reference, I am giving both the birth details. Please check particularly tithi pravesha charts for the year 2024 1) born on 9th July 2023 at Chennai at 12.00 PM. 2) born on 18th August 2023 at Chennai at 3.29.24 AM. Please note -- I use jhora with true chitra Paksha ayanamsha and popular lunar year(amanta and star aligned sideral sign ) calendar which is used by most of the astrologers. Yes, neecha in D9 is not preferable. My Guru has said that they dont consider neechabhanga in D9 to be that effective. However something is better than nothing. So if there is a neechabhanga there is some hope.

UL with Ketu with Lagna lord - it matters which planet is the Lagna lord. If Saturn+ Ketu - its not a nice combination. If Jup+Ketu - then its a good combination in good houses. UL in Scorpio is not necessarily bad or good. UL in Aqu can be naturally problematic as UL-2L is Jup who doesnt like UL lord Rah.

Whether the AK-AmK yoga leads to a rajayoga depends on several other factors. You have to bhavesha yogas. Mars-Rah yoga can be Kuja Stambhana or it can be Vijaya where the stambhana breaks. If Mars is extremely strong it can break the shackles of Rah
