This guy is a baby and can’t handle the truth. When facts are spoken he gets defensive. Imagine trying to show this guy how you would like certain details of your roof being done. He would stab you and say I’ve been a roofer since 17 I mean 19 . It’s hard to argue with a genius. It’s impossible to argue with an idiot .

Brother, you said Certainteed is a great shingle with a great sealant? Ask any roofer working hurricane Milton in and around the Tampa area. 50-90% off blow offs we inspect each week are Certainteed!

Rent or buy a heat blower For a couple hundred dollars or less to seal shingles. That’s what my cousin does in Chicago when needed.

If they have shingles blowing off, I’ll put money on it that they were nailed wrong to begin with. I have done numerous winter installs and have never lost a shingle. I live in the Pocono mountains in Pennsylvania, where it gets extremely windy. Pay the contractor just hold back 5%, and be thorough when you read your contract

The fact that he's declaring his business model a success after 3-4 months (and he's a typical sales guy so he's probably exaggerating and it's actually 1-2 months) says it all. If I could speak for God for a second and echo Will Smith "keep my name out your mouth!!" lol This guy is an embarrasment to business owners and Christians. Sad. Typical fast talking salesman, race baiter.
