Coconut oil also has spf of 7. I use coconut oil in day and almond oil at night after washing my face with besan and dudh. But I think wheatgerm oil has the highest spf...that is spf 20 and it is also used in sunscreen formula.

Amazing video! ❤ I got my planner from this new page called Doable Daily. I usually don't buy daily planners, 1 because they are often too expensive for me to afford, and 2 they use a lot of colours and designs. I prefer super minimalistic layouts. 😅 The Doable Daily's planner was right up my alley. Minimalistic artwork, monthly overview, trackers, daily logs, and blank pages. And all these for 899. They also sent cute freebies. 🤩

Hay mam i am allergic to phone very much. When I use phone my face becomes red very depressed because for work and study phone is necessary at least 6 hours if you know something about it please suggest me😢
