I think people underrate these artificial wetlands created by rice fields. I think the main issue here is getting rice farmers go no till.

Nitrogen is an element, and plants cannot create it. Also, clover *IS* a legume. I noticed another at 7:15: _"we don't really have a choice, unless we want a bunch of dead oceans."_ That's just wrong. There's no danger that fertilizer runoff could cause "dead oceans."
