If allergies would become an excuse to discriminate against other disabilities too many people would start using it false as an excuse ( some restaurants falsely claim they can't accept service animals due to hygiene too , yet they don't know chicken/fish is not vegan)

I was a target of gang stalking harassment by various rioters, of which a few of them stalked me to the Chase branches and received supports from 2 Chase employees. Later, Chase suddenly closed my account and sent me a cheque of a few dollars, which was the balance in this account, with no reason given at all. Zero. Nada.

First of all: your money is yours - if it's cash. If you bring the money to the bank - or transfer your money to the bank - it's the money of the bank. Literally. The bank has the obligation to give that money to you if so requested, however that's not always the case. In other words: your bank account can be frozen at any time if your bank decides to do so. There are ways to save your money, but banks are not involved in the process.

Chase Bank in Ohio done the exact same thing to me the hacker reverse charges on stuff that I already paid the hackers took about $2,000 from me the bank told me because I authorized the transactions that they cannot do anything else for me they close my account and told me that I am permanently banned from having any type of an account with Chase Bank forever I was never able to reclaim any of my funds

yeah, same thing happened to me. I had Chase for 15 years with no issues, I got a letter in mail to close all the account before certain date and I’m banned from Chase. We have done nothing suspicious in the account and just direct deposit was coming every week from my job. One thing I can think of is we invested in crypto so we did made some transfer to crypto exchange accounts. Apparently they don’t like it when you transfer money from their bank to digital money. This is very shady business and unlawful, it doesn’t give them any right to do that without legitimate reason. They didn’t give me any reason for closing even I asked. So I closed all my accounts and opened with another bank with no issue. It seems they are closing accounts that transfer to crypto exchange accounts is not right or legal.

Hmm. I wonder if Chase is talking about people who applied for benefits of some kind fraudulently? Not just unemployment, but things like those PPP loans from back during covid. But couldn’t their loss prevention dept tell whether your unemployment funds were legit or not? I guess they couldn’t.

You need a lawyer to force them to disclose the reason. The lawyer can have a court order sent to Chase to disclose that information.

So I personally went to the same thing as well but what a different Bank and Chase Bank and with capital one bank I was school program where I was receiving Skype and checks for some reason I would do mobile deposit a lot and it will go straight to my bank account. Other people will have to go to the checking place. I will have to just do mobile deposit as I was doing that for the fourth time but no problem the fourth time they close my account and they took my money so the remaining of the money that I had within 60 days they refunded me back and then to that I had to wait till three months of trying to open up a new bank which I did and I opened up a business debit card and prior to that I was able to bank with them and be back on track. Then I received another check in the mail from my program when they fired me over the summertime And I decided to wait two months of trying to cash it in by doing mobile deposit with me having the bank with Chase for less than seven months the week before Christmas. They close my bank account right away didn’t tell me why logged me out, took my Face ID off and everything Send me a letter in the mail stating why they close my account due to a check and they said I owe $1800 which that was a lie and I was receiving money from my cash app sending it to my bank and now I have to find a new bank to bank with tD Bank for debit card I was trying to banquet Wells Fargo bank and they wanted it $1900 for me to bank with them so I applied with Bank of America and they wanted $2100 for me to bank with them. The only money that I have left to my name was from having $800 saved up with Chase to having $250 left to my name to now going broke during the holidays and now collecting cans and bottles for the month and for the holidays to regrow my bank account my new one and to get money from my cash app to receive to hold it into my savings for my cash appto be able one day to save it out and constantly find a new bank within that time, and I had to confirm that I was receiving money from both banks from my program and my program did not want to send me a copy of a letter stating that I get paid from my program so they close my bank account because of my program

I wonder if her account with chase was active meaning did she have money coming in or going out? If you have a bank account in the U.S.A and let's say you open an account and put in $15,000 and then for 2 years you didn't touch it and it was $15,000 for a whole year. The U.S.A has laws that orders the bank to close the account for inactivity and then they have to confirm identity and proof the money is legit. before giving it out. The reason for this is that old people die and they want to prevent fraud or abuse on social security checks. It's a way to cut people off that died. It's an old banking law. All banks including credit union have to follow. Also places like my bank they require you to have $100 in your account at all times. If it goes below $100 I would have to pay a $50 dollar maintenance fee. After 3 months of this they make people that bank at their bank to agree that they can close the account.

Bank of America did this to me back in 2016 when I had unknown fraud and reported them. After 3 days from reporting then they froze my account and closed it illegally. Stole 3months of my disability benefits. And never received anything from them. I banked with them for 4 years

I used to work as a customer service rep for Chase. The bank is protecting themselves against fraud, and the decision to close your account was likely based on an automated set of filters and rules set by banking officials. Based on my observation from working with Chase and servicing their customer accounts, they have a very conservative threshold for fraud that sometimes unreasonably targets people for nonsensical reasons. Unemployment fraud is rampant. Banks are protecting themselves against money laundering and other fraud related activities. It isn't your fault. But yes, the banks are protecting themselves against it, and yes, it is completely legal. Unfortunately, the reps you speak with on the phone can only read from a scripted reason for the account closure. They aren't officials of the bank, but are just people answering the phone and trained to service the account and answer questions. The bank makes these decisions at a very high level far above their front line customer service. Your story sounds so frustrating! It is probably better for you to do business with a smaller local bank. Good luck!

Yes that happened to my husband he painted a man's house and the man wrote him a check and he had to tell the man to go to chase to tell them that he did give my husband that check it was embarrassing to bug the man to go to a Chase bank to do that I'm glad he did go imagine he wouldn't have gone

Yea chase was accepting my direct deposit from my job and closed my account due to fraud😂😂😂! I asked them what fraud because I’m not depositing my check physically! They were electronically doing it: they couldn’t tell me what Fraud I committed- so they closed my account, sent me a cashiers check and banned me. MF

The same thing happened to me 2 famous bank direct deposit sold house and they know who it was sending Me funds from sales of house and I felt something strange asking me what I'm doing with funds of coarse buying food clothes bills and so I tried to get funds out of this bank ask me personal questions I don't like banks because I have proof printouts etc yes it happend to me

So this is just an extreme rare case where 1. she couldn't go to a physical branch and 2. account got flagged for security lock and somehow she didnt want to or couldn't prove to chase the deposits are legit...

All lies. Banks send you a check when they close accounts. Either they caught you in fraudulent activity, or they caught you in fraudulent activity. You're in effect saying that your bank closed your accounts and told you to prove the direct deposits posted already were yours and authentic. Why you'd even post this video for all to see, and pick through your half-the-story "explanations is beyond me, and looks like you found a few suckers to believe this.
