Jeez, this looks like cancer to deal with. Im already not a fan of spam casting, especially Stars of Ruin since its basically impossible to escape. But then bloodhound step to boot? I built a mage, too, but I only use the Carian sword sorceries, gavel, and rock blaster with a claymans harpoon. This is exactly why.

Just a heads up to those who just saw this vid from today onwards, this is an old video from months ago when Elden Ring first came out and I decided to try out PVP for my very first time in any Dark Souls game. This is just a random gamer who decided to record and show his gameplay, its not in any way shape or form the "Ultimate Build" or "PVP Guide". I dont even play it anymore xD. Im sorry if I ruined your day by sharing a "maidenless build" or my "no skill gameplay". Im not a pro player so im not bothered, but if you dont have anything nice to say to someone i'd appreceate it if you dont comment. Constructive ones are fine though, but not the toxic ones. Thank you ! :)

maidenless build. you might kill your opponents with stars of ruin and bloodhound step, but you didn't outplay them

as a mage i hate spam casters. try innovative tricks. ill use rannis moon and cut them off as they run away with bloodhound step and then use carrian peircer. in late game pvp people just leave if you sit there spamming spells and bloodhound step
