Great, this video shows me that you know how every thing works - good for you, mr. know it all - but no help to me ! I guess it's just a ''look at me showingoff'" video - not an instructional one. Don't waste your time with this showoff guy - read the manual for yourself.

@ericwills777 great to see you are catching up with our video from seven years ago on the Spektrum DX6e. This video was shot at the time of release and was focused on some of the main questions we were getting from Australian consumers as the transmitter was released. These related to Mode changing and the bind process specifically. Yes, the product also comes with a very extensive manual and offers a lot of features. No, in the 9 minute video we didn't cover everything the DX6e can do.

@@modelflight Yes, I guess the title was misleading - I thought it was about how I, and people like me, can operate the transmitter, but instead it was about showing me how easily you could operate it, - not helpful for me - and, if it's that old, and no longer relevant, why not take it down ?. Do us all a favour, think about your audience not about yourself, unless, of course, that's what you want to show us.

Help Please . I have this same Heli . Collective pitch is not working . Throttle works and so does Rudder on left stick . Right gimbal is fine. Elevator and ailerons move fine . Please help . I'm using the DXs transmitter that came it came with .

Hi @Dynaglide92rc, Does the collective pitch work when you activate the throttle hold switch? Have you made any changes to the transmitter using the programming cable or app?

I bought one of these and it is pure crap! The shocks are filled with a weak oil and the car has a ton of body roll. I put 50 weight shock oil in the shocks and silicone tubing on the rams as dampers. I removed the motor esc combo because if either fails the little turd id $90.00. I installed a esc and motor seperate from Hobbywing for around $50.00 for both and the motor is 7800kv as apposed to the 6000kv motor and I also installed a Dumbo RC F6G receiver with gyro, and a 3S 100c 800mah lipo and this thing screams and also removed the ec2 garbage connectors and installed XT30 connectors. The tires are super spongy and cause a lot of bounce which will be the next upgrade.

@tomdelvetto9906 Back in 2007 when this model was released and available it was ground breaking. It was a true trainer package enabling the user to learn and graduate in skill with ease. Retracting gear would have added unnecessary additional cost and complication.

Fill to top, concave (not more), you will have some excess come out of the bleed hole. Hope that helps!

Reminder ; here the Left hand gamble is the throttle . European standard HERE In USA the throttle is on the Left hand gimbals normally … cool !

Okay I've had one for a while they advertise 7 Pitch curve settings and throttle curve there is only 5… If you want to put rechargeable batteries in your first pay the special high horizon price you cannot do it on your own. They don't even give you a charger because they want you to buy their expensive package. I don't like you horizon… The sticks on the radio seem cheap they don't have a good feel even after all my work trying to set them up. The capital E at the end of its name stands for economy and in Canada there $400 so much for economy. The fact is all horizon products do not give you Value with their products they tried to go proprietary is much as possible with all their Chinese made selling at Western prices junk. It's just not the best because the companies priority is too high I want to make money. I mean we all want to make money but when you basically track your customers into the games you play it goes too far. People stay away from their smart batteries it's just another gimmick so you stay there by their Things. The radio has a built-in timer it works good enough. And the battery without the Balance lead is just hopeless. Just too greedy this company the other stuff can work and be fun I own it I have the 230 S and the DX6E… But I don't like the company still

I found it easier to put the elastic on the bead first then put toothpicks around the wheel tire to create a little gap for the CN remove the toothpick and you're done and do that intervals all the way around the wheel

Hello, you did not say anything about the gimbel travel limit. On my system mode 2 this gimbel travel limit is preset for gas left. I would like to switch it off and put it on the right side for mode 1. Does this travel limit affect calibration? Does this have to be done before calibrating the gimbals?
