@@aimliard2276 i see, his movements are actually a bit odd, thats true but it's still a fairly entrateinig and challenging fight for the beginning, I was talking more about the concept and music. Btw arch tempered were a world thing, they'll probably do something new to power up the monsters in endgame

@@aimliard2276Rey Dau couldn’t be Arch-tempered even if that concept was going to be in Wilds. Only Elder Dragons can be Arch-tempered.

@@aimliard2276 when he is enraged he can be challenging, expecially if he’s in its nest, where the attacks are followed by thunder explosions. But its undeniable that many times he is very predictable and takes long breaks, for me its not a big problem but I understand because you would expect him to be more insistent since he’s the regions apex.

Given the insane electrical storms and bizarrely sized formations of fulgurite reaching far underneath the Windward Plains, as well as the fact that every locale we've seen so far has Ancient Civilization ruins, I'm much more inclined to believe that there's some sort of enormous broken abandoned mechanism deep below the Windward Plains. This music really lends credence to the idea that whatever tf happens during the sandtide is anything but natural.

The dramatic pauses to a crescendo of strings really conveys the sense of "this has happened before, again and again. You must break the cycle" for me. I went emotional because of this.
