Do you need to unscrew the Crown to run the Chrono or will it work screwed all the way in?

There are a few Taichung models which are greatly under appreciated. The Ikuchi is definitely among them. It’s really impressive how an internal, secondary stop pin has been integrated into such a slim knife. That’s a very desirable feature imo, which most folders lack. It’s a fantastic slicer too. I used to own dozens of Spydercos, but only a few models have held my interest, and the Ikuchi is one of them.

Hello, I know this is old video however, I’ve been looking for a way to make my handmade sketchbooks refillable. I absolutely love this! Thank you for this awesome idea! And (by the way) to be able to add other notebooks and such is a killer idea. I’m studying right now and I needed to combine these ideas somehow.

I have a similar watch, a Charles Hubert 3566-w. The face and back are made of a plastic material and got slightly scratched. I want to order and install crystal on the face and back. I am looking for information on how to remove the front and back plastic faces. Do you have any information on that or how to do it?

I love this journal. I rarely see men doing this and it is a very masculine journal & very instructive on how to do it. I've only made junk journals, but I have a large piece of leather and want to try this. I will have to watch the video a few times to master the outside stitching at top & bottom. It looks very professional. Thank you for sharing.

The fog is from aerosolized oils used in the manufacturing of the watch. Take to watch repair shop having popped the movement out and cleaning the glass with a microfiber, problem solved! I did mine and I enjoy the watch so much more now.

You calibrate it the temperatures off your wrist on all the watches but while you’re handling the Riseman, it’s being in contact with your skin or body temp and that’s why the temperature readings off.

I love this watch! I love it for its looks. It is bold and chunky. It is also weird because of the fact that they had to invert the movement to set two of the controls for the rotating dials which caused it to look like a right hand watch (which is not) with a chronograph operating upside down (causes quite a bit of confusion). Do many people comprehend or even contemplate using the crosswinds calculator? (I seriously doubt that!) Hell, most people with a tachymeter on their watches (a lot easier to use) have never used that! Perhaps people use a telemeter to tell how far a thunderstorm is . I have seen a diver watch WITHOUT a chronograph with a dial for the tachymeter (totally useless if you can't mark the start of a 100m...) so, most of us, will be quite content with the occasional use of the chronograph and that is pretty much it. Mine has lost a bit of its original red color now more of a pink but still has its charm

Is it at all possible to make a leather bound journal refillable? I’ve recently purchased one, it’s a beautiful leather one with a logo I love, but it’s not refillable, it looked to be at the time but it’s sadly not. Is there a way to make it if I can somehow remove the pages?

Try making this with a faux leather first if you like the design and how it works, get your hands on the journal

Howdy, mate! Hope you are well and continuing to craft things you enjoy; you helped me begin a lot of my leather working journey a while ago and I recently revisited your journal series. I was wondering if you have any socials or platforms where you post your leatherworks and art / current ventures? Stay safe out there. Cheers!
