Trying this on my 206, having trouble hammering the arms out. How hard should it be to get it out? Or maybe im doing something wrong?

I presume there's no issues with raising the back end in the same way? Running 17's on my Ph1, combined with carrying a reasonable bit of weight, means I need to do something about the rubbing.

That all looks extremely familiar. I've rebuilt an XUD7 and swapped an XUD9 NA for an XUD9 TD which involved swapping most of these bits over. The XUD is a fine engine from the pre-computer age. I just took the thermostat out of mine today. Looks like Charlie got a bit distracted with this project. I know the feeling :-)

But I am getting some kind of noise to the back right side of the car especially when the sun is hot when it rain you don't hear much of the nice. have you ever tested the top speed?

My ARB plate bolts get them selfs unscrewed every month. I've tried threadlocker (instabond 104 and loctite 2??-blue one) but it works until the car is under load, if there is someone in the rear seats or something in the trunk. My wheels dont have negative camber and font rub inner arches, but there is some slight move when I push the wheel on 12 and 6 o'clock. Its been rebuild but I dont know what do to with ARB bolts and is it because of knackered axle ?!?

Do yo have any update on the engine now?

Used to have samurai with this engine, weak engine like non turbo diesel and main problem constant pressure in cooling system. Always stiff upper hose and engine was as new with 5something K. Think others have similar issues...
