My thoughts about HAARP. I lived in AK for 34 years . Let me connect the dots for you. Weathe control maybe? I think its capable of energizing ionized contrails over a vast distance . Not an ordiary contrail. These contrail lasted for 2 hours in perfect shape , unbroken from horizon to horizen . At a much lower altitude. Once it apperied to even glow for a very brief moment. Perhaps to a remote electrical substation. Or to a target. I admit I'm no expert . Just know what i have seen.
