This is a pitch I throw myself, and a forkball is better at slower speeds. Very hard pitch to master, but if you can throw it consistently, it's an amazing changeup pitch, probably the best in the game

Former Giants pitcher Mike McCormick threw this pitch. He taught a group of pitchers at a baseball camp how to throw it. I could get it down to a quarter spin with a sharp late break, but rarely did it stay in the strike zone.

Elroy Face was a great reliever for the Pirates back in the 50’s and 60’s. He threw a forkball that nobody could hit.

I throw this pitch for fun when I am playing catch with my friends. I can't figure out how to throw a knuckleball to save my life but I can get this thing to wiggle in the air pretty good lol. I have small hands for a guy though so it starts to hurt between my index and middle finger if I throw it for too long. Also mine might be juuuuust a bit slower than 80mph hahaha.

Forkball? That's a Knuckleball

Fork balls are so nasty bc they wobble at you quick then dive. A knuckle might float and there's not as much snap.

Dumbshit umpire should've called this 'strike 3'... If the catcher fails to catch the ball on a third strike and first base is open, or there are two outs, then the batter becomes a runner.
