At my old job as a dishwasher, I had to crack 144 eggs every morning, into a 5 gallon bucket they would use for scrambled. I learned how to do it with two hands and would be done in 5 minutes with no shells in the bucket.

This is genius

As a parent who buys the groceries, 144 eggs doesn't sound like nearly as much now.
