I bought this case and use it when I'm bike riding or running/walking. I take it off when I'm not doing activities. It offers decent protection. I didn't put the screen protector on.

Just ordered the Ultra, like you I still have the 8 years old Gear S3 and the first Galaxy Watch (6), both work and look as new, but it is time for a new toy.. thanks for the review and have fun.

Ich habe das Cover für die Watch 7 / 44mm gekauft, passt super, aber das Schutzglas passt bei der Watch 7 überhaupt nicht, man bekommt es trotz der Schablone nicht mittig installiert. Bei der Ultra sieht das Cover noch besser, aber die Ultra war mir persönlich einfach zu teuer.

Von GIOPUEY gibt es ein Cover mit integrierten Schutzglas, nur aufsetzen und fertig. Zugegeben dieses Cover sieht besser aus, aber dafür hat man bei GIOPUEY keine Probleme mit Blasen und es lässt sich sehr leicht wieder deinstallieren.

I do live ARStudio wallpapers with our contact info in case our Samsung devices get lost. I use our personalized Cartoon characters and make them dance, etc. back ground is a black background with our contact info. Way easier for the finder to see the numbers to call. " If Found, Text For Reward" then below that we put the first line, then under that, our second line, or email.

Do you remove it to clean the watch? Is it recommended to do so? I dont want to do it as i dont do any hard labor work and just wear my watch casually, the case is very difficult to remove also

OK so the watch is made of titanium which is used in spaceships so we don't need a case. If it can withstand reentry the watch is protected. Sapphire crystal is only scratched with a drill bit made of diamonds so we don't need a screen protector. Just use your watch.

spigen makes good stuff. but getting the case off based on the last one i got i think for the watch 5 pro was a pain, can you make a video on removal to see how difficult it is

Yes it's hard to break, but it still gets scratches. Some of us don't like scratches on our gear, so we protect it while hiking, gyming, etc and take it off when out in mondain settings.

@readycomputerone I only agree to use when it is a heavier activity, such as a bike trail or climbing a mountain... The problem with these covers is that it accumulates dirt and friction with the cover can scratch the watch.

Putting screen protection on a sapphire crystal....isn´t that a bit overkill? I have a Casio Mudmaster with Sapphire crystal that is four years old, and have been sitting on my wrist 24/7 since, and the crystal looks like the day I bought it. Not a single scratch!

Depends, do you go to gym, lift weights, cross training etc ? If the sapphire is really high quality then yes maybe it's not needed but I haven't tested this.

All these companies making a case and screen protector are just taking your money. Why place a screen protector on a sapphire crystal glass? It's like putting a plain glass on top of a bullet-proof glass 😂 Also why put a case protector on a titanium grade 4 metal? It's like putting aluminum foil on top of an M1A2 armor 😂😅

I really hope you're right, but I'm not sure of the purity of the sapphire glass and the titanium. I hate scratches and dents on my gadgets and at gym I always ding my watches. I'm sure it's durable, but it's the scratches that i want to prevent.

@readycomputerone it's totally fine if you want to put one on. There's nothing wrong with that. To me, the only reason why I have placed one on my previous Samsung watches is because the glass was not sapphire crystal. So yes, it definitely protected the main screen from scratches, but having a sapphire crystal changed everything. This means that I no longer need the screen protector. Sapphire Crystal is one of the hardest glass to scratch from the Mohs scale. Also, with the watch body being a titanium, grade 4 means it is also the most strongest. It's a better titanium grade than the S24 ultra only coming in at titanium grade 2.
