I’d also like to see a build for this 2.2M J10. I’ll say based on what I saw on the Juan Sanchez build video of the 2.84M version- I would not buy the big version. For the asking price I expect things to not have issues. He couldn’t drill holes for the turbine because there isn’t enough room. Landing gear doors had to be opened up for clearance. Landing gear was too stiff. Etc, etc. Also why get a PNP when you know they didn’t put CA in the servo mount holes and unless the hardware has locknuts, it all needs to be taken apart and blue locktite applied. I don’t think PNP are the way to go because I don’t trust the build quality.

You mentioned daisy chaining these. Can you use 2 of these in series for 12s ?

I just bought a Hanger 9 p-51 60cc and the wing tubes wouldn't fit into the center section or the wings . The tube in the wing and center section wasn't lined up with the last wing spar hole during gluing. also, the landing great doors didn't fit level up to the wing I had to sand the wings wood to lower the doors. Even looking into the fuselage , the glue is piss poorly applied. Horizon H has the landing gear backordered and no one else is selling landing gear for it. Horizon H don't specify that the 5.5 " spinner doesn't come with the plane but it once did. Horizon wants 200.00 for the plastic spinner , it is discontinued now maybe cause people complained. Build quality is piss poor , I would buy another plane in my opinion.

I'm thinking it would have been better to fill the spots with epoxy not the bon-do filler

Nice job! I learned several things from your video. I will be setting up a Mig-29 in the near future and wanted a stabilized taileron mix, now I have a better idea how to get there. I have never used flight modes but now that I have seen them in action I may give flight modes a try in place of my normal hi, mid, low rate set up. I never guess the right weights for things like flap/elevator compensation, but discovered that you can assign the weight to a pot and adjust on the fly to get it just right then convert value to lock it in.

Have you flown this yet? If so what are the Flight characteristics like?I presume similar to the foam version ?

Can you give me the rear tail opening measurement? I’m looking for a 105mm exit to convert to edf

Hi Dan, the "invert" function on the 3 horizontal line fields is an awesome feature. Isolating to action to multiple positions of a 3-way switch is very useful.
