Did you follow up and add oil to the drive shaft with any success?

Wonder if you reached out to evo if they can do anything.. They have tunes for these things so maybe they can change stuff like that as well… just a thought

The proper fix for that and I have personally done it is where yout carrier bearing is drill and tap the yoke and install a set screw with loctite. And on the opposite side drill and tap a hole for a grease fitting. 100% got rid of the rattle. Now can am has produced a updated drive shaft with cardboard inside the tube to dampen vibrations. But again I would drill and tap the yoke . And cut a hole in the skid plate to grease occasionally.

My 2022 commander max XT has the rattle. It’s embarrassing to be honest. So loud from around 3k to 4300 ish. If you keep the revs up it goes away but dang it sounds like rattle can crap… sucks

Did the 2 piece roof cause any trouble with the speaker mount location?

I have a 2022 commander xt 700 with the factory heater installed. Winter time works great, but as the summer heat sets in…. It gets really hot inside the the cab. I’ve been thinking of installing a bypass valve before it enters the heater core. Does your machine get hot in the summer months?

I want to know how that hose noise canceling goes. Mines soooo bad

You get this sorted out? I just put a smart lok in my 2020 x3. It recognizes the smart lok even on my dash display. But i don’t think it’s locking.

Did you instal the remote power cable directly to the battery or did you hook it up to a switch?

Did the bearing make much difference after the fact? Mines been in the shop now for 7 weeks for the same issue and they can't find the part.

What mirrors you get.

Looks like the brain box is mounted under the section of dash you cut out. Where did you relocate it to. Don't see anything about it in the instructions

Put a Torq locker in it.

I found a fix for the driveline rattle. Open gear grease on all the splines and yokes.

Do you plan to replace the diff. with an aftermarket unit?

Did the spacer nut completely cover the lug? I just installed the 1 inch and there was some thread left on the nut.

So what’s your thoughts on the doors now that you have had them installed for a while?

I have a 2022 Can Am Max XT and my cab gets hot. I have a bent metal vented windshield and side wind deflectors. I insulated down the middle above the radiator line too. It helps a little but still hot. Anybody had similar problems and a fix for it?

That visco lock was not designed right. Great video. Really shows why it snaps the end off your axles!

How bout i ripped a cv boot and told my dealer about a noise coming from my front diff ( i referenced ur video about the clutch pack being welded ) and they said Can am has been seeing issues in tge front diff, so they added a spacer ….. needles to say t weeks later and my front u joint has come un done from the front diff spline 😤😳. And i cant think of a reason why . But im starting to second guess this purchase thats for sure , i always check ur channel to see how urs is coming along

Wow my x3 has a rattle but I’m thinking now that it’s not the drive line I already greased splints and it still does it. Only does it when driving hit about 45-51 rpm and 25-30mph it does not do it at idle or rev. Just between that driving circumstance. It sounds like a heat shield on mine I put clamp on exhaust springs. But your shaft is terribly loud wow. Pay all this money for these and they shouldn’t do this stuff.

What size rivnuts did you use to replace the factory rivets and how many did you need. I want to do this as can-am definitely wasn't thinking when they did this.

BTW, get rid of that chintzy stock carrier bearing and buy the SuperATV Heavy Duty carrier bearing. It's $88 for the cast version and it has a zerk fitting for greasing and is a way better design. Those crappy stock ones don't last and rattle like hell.

Thanks, with the assistance of your helpful video I just installed mine on my 2022 XTP. I also noticed on mine after popping the door frame plugs out I could push the tabs in with a screw driver which made it easier to remove the front fenders.

Wish I would have read this comments before getting my 2022 model. Mine was in the shop day after purchase. 3weeks later, it’s still there today

That is just what i am going to do!!!Same thing only my commander is a 2 seater!! After you said what you said i am wondering now if i even want bigger tires!!!Maybe i need to have the clutch be a better one!!!
