@iforever19 I'm not sure about the watery stools. In that case, this could be caused by many reasons: stress, too much intake of veggies and fruits, or a urinary infection. You might need to take it to the vet for an exam. I hope the baby gets better soon. 🙏

@iancastillo6871 I think they get more mature as they get older and more understanding of humans. Chili can understand a few sentences and words and reacts to them. She gets excited when she hears food words such as "snackie" or "seeds," lol. She also knows "I love you" and "go to sleep." It's really heartwarming to see her reaction after she understands what I say. 🥺💖

Make sure you lock it in a cage to minimize activities that cause cough. If she is throwing up the med, it needs to be stopped immediately. Vomiting means that her body can't take the medicine. Try to look for something in the room that triggered her lung problem. It could be fragrance, hair spray, candle, AC (if it's very cold), fumes from frying pans and pots from the kitchen, strong lotion scent, etc. Keep her warm and make sure the humidity in the room is above 60% since she's sick. It also could be liver failure. Enlarged liver or fluid can press against her chest which can cause coughs. In that case, a couple of drops of milk thistle might help. Make sure she eats and drinks well. I would highly suggest you take her to the Emergency room asap because we don't know what's causing her sickness. I really hope for your baby's fast recovery 💓. I know how you feel because I've been there🥺. I'll pray for you and the baby 🙏

Though they say they can treat birds too but they aren't specialists. I feel so helpless sometimes ... Soaps smell could be a reason as she stays close to me and lotions too. I'm trying to keep her warm ..it's very hot these days. I have to stay with her in a warm room. 🥵😅 But I hope she gets well soon. I'm sorry to hear that your baby turtle is going through a tough time. About the discharge around the head and neck area, is it thin and translucent? It might be just skin shedding and that's perfectly normal for turtles. If it's thick and heavy and looks very abnormal, then it might be a fungal infection from unclean water. In that case, you can try this product called "turtle fix". Check out the video description to see if there's a link for it. I hope your turtle gets well soon 💓

@@SAKSOON Yes this and translucent. I got her turtle fix and now it seems like she’s swallowing hard, she isn’t opening her mouth to breathe or look like she is having trouble breathing. She keeps staying on the basking table instead of staying in the medicated water. Tonight will be the 3rd day I change the water but I think I have to take her light so she will get in the medicine.

@Nicolesworld2u Did you give her the vitamin supplement? In my 2nd video of sick turtle, it shows how to give it medicine. It's an oral vitamin supplement for eyes, but it's good for sick turtles because it contains a lot of vitamin A, which sick turtles need.

It's a female. You can just leave enough food for the day and the bird will eat the right amount on its own. You just need to change the food in the bowl every day to keep it fresh.

I don't suggest bread since it doesn't have much nutrition for baby birds to survive. Blended apple and egg yolk is good temporarily.

Have you been hand-feeding the baby? It's been almost a week since you left this comment. Is it still coming back? If so, I suggest you keep the bird. After all, it's already less likely to survive in the wild because it sounds like it's attached to you.

@@crossbeastz1259 nope! He got better, I made sure to wake him up to feed him, give him water, and take him out his cage a bit and his fit grew back, eyes got better, and he doesn’t seem so weak, he is a bit skinny but he has gotten way better.

You can end the taming session when YOU think the hammy is ready. Most likely, if you feel your hammy likes you enough, that's when it's ready! No, do not leave hammy in the bin. The taming session has to be only for a few minutes to avoid your hammy getting stressed. I hope this helps! 🙂🙂🙂
