They should have used this! Why is Nintendo so boring now?

I think some guy modded his switch and he put this in the shop, but then Nintendo threaten to sue him if he didn’t take it off because they said they technically you made the music. This is just how unfair is and how lifeless their consoles now are.

To all the people saying that this was impossible to implement because the Nintendo eShop on switch is a webpage: this is false. The webpage may be unable to play music, but the webpage is being displayed on a client (a web browser if you will) that can indeed play music. The Miiverse and the Wii U eshop played music too and were webpages. If you check, music for the Miiverse and the Wii U eshop are being played by their clients. The only thing that would be complicated to implement is the music changing periodically, as the way the Wii U and 3DS did it was that they had the default theme stored in the application itself, while all future themes were downloaded as Extra Data from SpotPass, but since we never got a SpotPass equivalent for the Switch it'd have been a bit more complicated.

Man, this music goes hard! So disappointing Nintendo didn’t keep/add this to the eShop.

I think this open call really represents the immaturity and lack of awareness in this fanbase. I'm not referring to everyone but rather the ones who either embarrass themselves with cringey shadow voices to sound serious or people trying to shitpost for the sake of being the Internets class clown. There's a place and time to be funny, but when we're having a serious discussion about discrimination, genocide, and the conflict between Palestine and Israel, then people need to know when to take this stuff seriously and show a level of maturity. Sucking mikes dick and saying "I'm your biggest fan and I'm on your side" only tells him that he can get away with saying anything because his fans loved him as Eggman. This doesn't just go for Mike but any celebrity. That does more harm then good to enable someone's bad behavior because they played your favorite characters. Thank god the wife during that call was the only person with some brains to have a proper debate when nobody else was willing to say anything smart. A conversation that took hours only for the actual fucking grown up to say something at the very end is ridiculous. This whole situation has left me shocked. I like where his heads at when it comes to helping everyone, but if Mike is going to stay neutral on this genocide then he really shouldn't be saying anything and quit using his "I'm snarky all the time" personality to make himself look worse. (PS: I'm not going after him for being Jewish, that would just be plain rude of me. I'm just disappointed that this whole situation is getting worse everyday) I understand people have picked their sides, but people are still getting murdered. So all we can really do is protest, boycott, and support as best we can.
