tip: next time, if you are still really high before landing then do an overhead break before the final approach. Then you wont have to dump the nose and gain unwanted speed. nice landing anyhows tho.

Good approach almost the whole way through, you eased gun right at the end and you tried to flare a navy jet! Keep the speed the whole way down and if you catch you catch, if you dont just fly the bolter pattern until you trap. Or the other option, refuel.

Would be perfect if you just kept the speed at the end. You should hold your speed till you touch down, and then apply full power. Seems like you tried to flare.

@@bird.9346 You can hear his engines start to wind down before he hit the deck. Would've had the LSO's screaming at you and an immediate visit with some higher power, pull that trick again and you'll lose your wings.

@@cosmo212 unless the LSO gave him the command of course. Then both are getting called in there. Odds are though, they'd send the pilot for remedial training rather than immediately take their wings right then and there. After all, why throw all that money spent training him/her away when some time in a T45 or flight sim could correct the issue?

Der Flieger is noch ganz... aber üb besser nochmal n bisschen und dann lad was hoch mit ner sauberen Platzrunde, nem sauberen Endanflug und butterweichem Aufsetzen auf der Centerline. Du solltest die Piste nich suchen müssen, sondern wissen wo sie ist. Das klappt sogar mit ner F5 mit TACAN. Die korrekten Landegeschwindigkeiten und Anstellwinkel sind frühzeitig -spätestens im Endanflug- einzustellen und zu halten. Von da an nur noch kleine Änderungen. Wenn der Anflug scheiße is, kann die Landung nicht gut sein (außer später wenn du mehr Erfahrung hast, dann kannst du den Endanflug auch auf ein Minimum verkürzen, aber bis es soweit ist, solltest du dir Grundlagen der Navigation ansehen und üben den Flieger frühzeitig auf korrekten Gleitpfad einzustellen und konsequent bis zur Landung zu steuern ;) ).

@@maltelabahn1156 ich kann ihn wohl kaum dran hindern du Ritter in weiss, aber wenn man so nen Anspruch an Simulation hat wie er oder vermeintlich du, kann mans auch nich fliegen nennen, sondern maximal rumspielen. Ich versteh auch nich den Sinn es hochzuladen wenn man keinen Bock auf andere Meinungen hat, um sich Gott bewahre noch zu verbessern. Dann spielt mal weiter.

Deactivate HMD blanking, switch to AIM-9X and use the seeker head together with your HMD to scan the ground in front of you. Your Sidewinder will tell you where he is...
