I needed this! My one big goal is achieving financial freedom and there are a lot of steps to reach it. Maybe a bit of luck as well. But my first step has been putting myself out there (here). Making content for myself, as I have done for other businesses for years. Now I want to see what I can do for myself. That has been the first challenge. It has been hard. But I will keep going. Keep up your good work 💗

Some excellent points there, Sarah Jane, thank you. The service charge has, I know, been rather an issue in the new build estate in our village, it's gone up already in the first eighteen months as it became clear that the Council were not going to take ownership of any part of the grounds, including cutting of the old field hedge that had to remain along the main road edge of the site, emptying dog poo bins, grass cutting, maintenance of the children's play area. Residents are fuming, but helpless..

Any advice on some who has stolen lots of money from some ones accounts, even though reports been filled nothing been done, more than 40,000 taken, identity fraud, & more, but no one is doing anything. Lots of evidence, including the culprit calling the banks pretending to be the customer. This crime was a simple taking advantage of a person by a family member. There at a loss with what to do, helping some one any advice please, Thanks

Just had it happen to myself with 3 phone accounts have been set up. Reported it to action fraud but they said it’s not a crime! 😂 Did a credit report & found other applications have been made.

2:16 ways to prevent identity theft: Shred any documentation Tighten up online presence Be mindful of who you share your details with and where u publish them. 3:16 Monitor your credit report (can be done for free online), shows soft and hard searches that have been done. You can get alerts. 4:53 her experience with identity fraud and what action she took. 6:50 Register for CIFAS (the uk's fraud prevention service). Register for protective registration. More rigorous checks needed in the future which will prevent someone from impersonating you. 8:07 Look at your bank statements and monitor your post.

Hi Sarah Jane I am 70 years old in September and boy oh boy wasn't aware of all the various add ons since I was in the game back in the 80s ! I also checked out your twitter feed and see you have embarked on a fairly safe way to try and grow your money. I have always thought partnering with a knowledgeable investor and splitting the gains a good idea - but tryining to find a trustworthy person is virtually impossible. Someone very close to me invests in bitcoin variants in Thailand - he makes very good gains but doesn't withdraw them, so exposes himself to spectacular drops which can happen in an instant - take the gains out straight away - he wont listen silly man! 🙃

Keep away from stocks and shares ISAS, I’ve never lost £ 4,500 in just 3 months and my financial advisor said it was the Ukraine war ! Strange as they were falling since November 2021. Fell like a stone so we pulled the money out before it went down even more. Horrible idea.

Thanks Sarah Jane. Excellent information. I took out the maximum amount of Premium Bonds last week. I dont expect much, if any winnings. It is just a bit of fun. In all my years I have found residential property to be one of the better investments giving a consistently high yield, if one is looking to see safe growth.
