Eventually US had air superiority in last days over England and Germany. USA ruled the skies. 3) The entire population of England lived in bunkers and fear from air raids, not much ruling there. If that is ruling OK. I will agree the Brits fought bravely and did hold the German air force back at high enough loss to hurt them... BUT Rule? No barely survived with huge Brit losses to fight long enough to wear Gernany down. It was pretty desperate.
