Is there a way to "un-stake" all the layout points in the project file, so I can use the same file for the next floor without loading a fresh copy of the project? Have you ever had an issue where points or walls aren’t showing up on the tablet in the field? Cleaned drawing, Put all the points in through the profis office software all my layers are active when I export the project but when they try to view on the tablet stuff will be missing

Can I overlay a PDF on a PDF of same drawing with slight updates? 99% of file is identical just a 3 or four points no marked as layout points in the drawing in Profis already. Essentially I want to overlay and use the new drawing instead of having to start from scratch.

How did you get the Prism at the bottom? Do you unscrew the bottom, and unscrew the knob/bubble on the prism as well? Such expensive kit i didn't want to start messing with it and breaking it lol

We have a vendor (sells/rents Leica) that is swearing by IFC exports. I see that they are at least 5 times the size of a cleaned up 2D dwg. Their rebut is that even though the IFC files are rather large comparatively speaking, the ifc is way more stable of a file type. Thoughts on this?

Am I limited to the 2x2 or 4x4 feet scanning area if the paper grid, or can I scan an entire floor or wall with it, too? I want to use this in combination with a 3D laser scanner and a drone to create an LOD 400 BIM model of an existing building.
