These instructional videos are very helpful, and for that reason; I appreciate the time, energy & effort you put into each one - THANK YOU. But that being said.. Why do you talk in that peculiar manner to viewers that come here looking for help or guidance in navigating HCL software and/or functions of the equipment. Your demeanor is condescending, as if you are speaking to a group of children to which you'd rather not be. " da-da-da-ta-duh-da... DUH DA-DA! " Try putting yourself on the receiving end of your.. Instructions. And you will hopefully get an idea of what I mean.. People don't like being talked to in that manner. It is very condescending in nature, making it hard to catch the otherwise very helpful and useful information. They have helped me tremendously. So I sincerely hope you don't take this comment the wrong way. Go H!LT!
