Dude... you should NOT have to pay your deductible! The "at fault" party's insurance pays that. Really, you should not have to deal with YOUR insurance at all. Like ZERO. This should 100% be through the insurance of the other party!!!! I've been through this same situation. Anything that gets paid is not the responsibility of you when the accident is not your fault. Yikes man. EDIT: Usually the insurance companies will contact the responding officer for his opinion on who was at fault.

What’s up buddy. Unfortunately, where you live, if you are found to be even 1% at fault for a loss, you can not recoup your loss from the other party or insurance company. Add to the fact commercial carriers are notorious for denying claims, it could be difficult. Good luck!

The body shop might total it out completely if there’s frame damage, I would be on the look out to get another truck. This one might drive differently once you get it back oh and a salvage title.
