Looks sweet. A 99-02 console will fit nicely between the captain seats, the front portion that would go up under the dash will unscrew, and you’re left with a factory looking “half” console. You may have found this already doing your research on captains

Love the cat eye but look into buying a Yukon deanli that way you can get the full interior and can usually pick them up pretty cheap and that way you can get the dark wood grain pieces which would look amazing

The Tahoe and Suburban seat brackets are slightly different. Pretty common issue seen when people try and swap the bench/bucket seats. Guess that same issue transfers over to the trucks lol

2003 is an lb7 which is non-vgt, they started using vgt turbos in 2004.5 on the lly and all the way til current date.

Vgt turbos have vanes that allow for more precise air flow control, leading to a wider range of operating speeds. And with those vanes opening and closing you get a whistle.
